About Prairie Creek
Prairie Creek Land & Water is a locally owned Kansas company focused on practical land and water solutions. We help landowners, communities and public agencies restore, maintain and improve their water and land resources — with the right equipment and a problem-solving approach.
Our Story
One of Prairie Creek’s owners was dealing with excessive aquatic vegetation in his own pond. Local options were limited, and chemical treatment was the most readily available approach. He wanted a way to physically remove vegetation and accumulated material from the water. That search led to specialized mechanical equipment and ultimately to a broader idea: build a company that helps landowners, golf courses, communities and public agencies solve practical land-and-water problems.

Prairie Creek Land & Water is owned and operated by Kansas business partners Brian Ring and Josh Muller. The operating philosophy is simple: take care of the property, communicate clearly, and do what you say you’ll do.
Our Approach

Our Weedoo TC-3012 is a versatile, shallow-draft workboat. It carries a weed rake and a side-mounted underwater mower, and we have access to an oil and diesel skimmer attachment when a job calls for it. That means we can cut, rake, collect and remove vegetation and debris rather than leaving it in the water. The Weedoo is an important part of our capabilities, but it’s not the definition of Prairie Creek. We’re building a broader land and water solutions company with the right tools for your needs.
